Introduction: 

This is the privacy policy of London Early Years Advisors’ Forum C.I.C. (LEAF CIC). The policy sets out how LEAF CIC collects and process any information that we collect from you, or that you provide to us. 

LEAF CIC is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Any information you provide will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy.

Your information: 

We will collect information about you from you filling in forms or from correspondence with us by phone, email or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you request to receive information about our services or subscribe to LEAF CIC. If you request to receive information on subscribing to LEAF CIC, to receive details on our conferences and other relevant information, we will collect and hold securely your personal data. The information you may give us, may include, your name, address, phone number, email address, job role, organisation, and financial information  We use the information you give us to provide you with the information and services that you request from LEAF CIC. We may contact you to tell you about other information which we consider may interest you. 

We will not pass your information on to any third parties. 

How we store your data?

We are committed to ensuring your information is secure. We store your data in line with legal requirements (Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulations). We must keep financial records for six years. You may request details of the personal information which we hold about you under the GDPR 2018. This information will be provided to you free of charge, within four weeks of making an access request. How long will we retain your data? 

We will retain your data, only as long as is necessary for the purposes as set out in this Privacy Policy. We keep your personal information only for as long as required by us to provide you with the services we offer and to comply with the law and regulation. 

Who has access to your personal data?

The data we collect from you is stored on secure servers. Access to our contact database is restricted to the LEAF CIC directors, who need this to process your subscription and to provide you with information about our services and other relevant information. All personal data is kept securely, and password protected. 

Update your information or unsubscribe: 

At any time, you can ask to update your personal information, to have your personal details removed from our email list and to opt out of receiving information about LEAF CIC.
